Zootopia 2 — 8/10

A rare breed of a sequel that doesn’t disappoint. The characters we know and love, but also quite a few new ones. The same dynamism and humor. Family ties and warm friendship. Another story growing too large, age-old questions being answered. (About snake attire, of course.)

Сначала взрослые говорят "а что, если все с крыши пойдут прыгать - ты тоже прыгнешь?".

А потом в мороз без подготовки и закалки друг за другом в прорубь лезут.

Colours of Time — 7/10

This seems like an exemplary French movie: the story might be basic and borderline clumsy, but it is told with so much soul. The characters are realistic and have depth. The overlaps between modernity and history were also neat, particularly the confirmation of how people lived too fast back then.
