A curious mix of what feels like a gentle kids’ story with some brutal action. The latter is filmed perfectly in all regards, but there seems to be just too many lame clichés in the rest of the movie. And yes, I did expect it to end at the end, only to find out there’s probably two more films coming. It’s a dog’s life.
