This is a very nice cartoon, conceptually. I liked the style of drawing a lot, and it’s impressive how much is clear without speaking. But after a very positive start the plot turns sadder and sadder, just like in the Wild Robot. And the attempted bittersweet ending wasn’t sweet enough to my taste. Maybe there were metaphors, but I was too thick for them.
