Capital in the Twenty-First Century —  6/10

I’ve read in a review that this movie is much more convincing than the numbers-heavy original book. The movie makes the idea accessible with its narration and visuals. I felt the opposite way even though the story rang true: its points were not well founded and the imagery too generic. There was a highlight for 2025 however: Nixon telling Americans that their welfare state caused their car industry to lose to Japan and Germany.
