A decent crime drama about some not very smart people trying to be good. I mean, the simplest way to explain some surprising moves in this tightly wound plot is the lack of smarts. They do have hearts though, and those even keep beating for a while. The acting makes the whole thing almost believable, but I wish there was no soundtrack.
