I learned too late that this movie is based on an old manga, which explains a lot about its humor. Probably the French are best suited to pretend this is just natural, and they mostly pulled it off. They’ve made a lighthearted slapstick comedy with lots of sex jokes, and it’s fun to watch. Especially with a glass of something.
